MHC SYNTHESIZERS AND EFFECTS IS FOR SALE

This venture is for sale. It's an outright complete sale, including source code for the Windows and OS X apps. And the deal includes sample libraries and other products. Please read on.

I'm Mikael, who founded MHC Synthesizers and Effects, I have been running the venture on my own since the start. However, this type of venture really requires a team of 2-3 persons to gain momentum. Therefore I'd like to transfer the ownership of the venture to a team which can give the products the future they so well deserve. You need to work on exposure and to produce regular updates of the plugins, but if you do, then I believe that they do have a great potential.

Today I work with other things and the web site and all assets which belong to it represent a kind of untapped potential. I have world famous customers, some of the best and most famous musicians in the world. People email me and tell me how much they love the plugins, which they use on records and even on movie scores.

There's a relatively big newsletter mailing list (opt-in) and a customer database.

Then there's the software, for example the plugins you can see on the web site but also much more which isn't available from the web site at the moment. The following products would be part of the deal:

FINANCING:

I'm open for bids. If you don't have money, then you can always try to finance the purchase through a "crowd funding" site, such as kickstarter.com. For example, you could ask for $100 from each of the funders and for that they would get, say, two or three plugins, plus perhaps one of the "not official" plugins. Two or three hundred participants could finance your acquisition and then you'd be running an exciting and profit making venture without having to pay anything yourself. But please contact me first with your ideas before creating a project at Kickstarter or some of the other crowd funding sites.

Not official plugins, ready for you to be explored commercially:

Pianos	Finished for release on Mac and Windows. A plugin which comes with more than a thousand preset piano sounds and the possibility to craft your own piano sounds in the plugin. The piano samples were recorded from three different grand pianos at a music school.
Voxynth	Finished for release on Mac and Windows. A formant synthesizer with unique formant filters which were developed by MHC Synthesizers and Effects and cool features such as performance keys etc.
Fatsondo	Finished for release on Mac and Windows. An analog style synthesizer with an incredibly warm sound and unique features such as a processor module and polyphonic unison mode.
Flex FX	Finished for release on Mac and Windows. A set of 7 small plugins with a great sound, for example a great resonator and a very good flanger and an ensemble effect etc.
Vox FX	Finished for release on Mac and Windows. A formant filter with morphing capabilities.
Drums	For Windows only, but you might want to port it to Mac. A drum plugin with several gigabytes of drum samples that are included and 6 different skinned versions of the plugin with different categories of drum sounds in each skinned version.
An e-book on mixing	In Word and PDF format. The e-book can be distributed on the mailing list or whereever you feel it might be useful for marketing.
Spooky Vocoder	Finished to around 90%. Includes emulation of vintage vocoders and has several unique features not seen before in a vocoder.
